You will then get a rough idea as to how much you would be able to sell your home for to the company. Of course this amount would generally be below what you might be able to sell for yourself however you would need to take into account that you would be guaranteed a quick sale, often in just a couple of weeks. You would also not have fees to pay to an estate agent or solicitor which can add up to a huge amount.
