One of the most valuable tools that a consumer can utilize is checking the rating or reviews of an auto transport company they are considering doing business with. Any reputable business or review site will go to great lengths to protect the integrity of the reviews placed and can be relied upon as a good place to start when searching for a company to ship your car.
An auto transport company can tell you whatever you want to hear to earn your business. But let the customer give his/her experience in their own words and, sometimes, a new light is shed.
I’ve experienced this many times with clients who previously scheduled their vehicle for transport with X company only to find out their car has not been picked up when promised, they never hear from the transport company after placing a deposit or any number of grievances. One simple stop at a review board could have saved them time, money and stress. Now, while I agree that even the best companies may have an unsatisfied customer or two, a truly good company will not have 20 bad reviews in a row.
